Faulty or not as ordered

Message us within 7 days of delivery. We will exchange the bag or refund you.

Change of mind

You may return a bag within 7 days of delivery if it is unused and in its original condition. Return delivery is at your cost. Singapore has no legal cooling-off period for online purchases; this is our own policy.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 working days of us receiving the bag back.
